Followingadvisesarehowevertobetakenintoconsiderationinordertoobtainagoodperformanceandprolongedoftheexpansionjoint. 
注意：為了獲（huò）得良（liáng）好的性能和延長伸縮縫的使（shǐ）用壽命，必須考（kǎo）慮以下建議。 
Fixedpoints 
固定點 
Anexpansionjointactsasapistonbytheforcesarisingfromtheinternalpressure.Topreventthepipesfromdamagetheyaretobeproperlyanchoredinordertotakecareofthesereactionforces(Fr). 
橡膠接頭由內部壓力產生的力作（zuò）用於活塞，為了防止管道受到損（sǔn）壞，必須將管道（dào）固（gù）定起來，以處理這（zhè）些反作用力（FR）。

Installation 
安裝（zhuāng）

可旋轉的金屬法（fǎ）蘭，使安裝更容易，消除扭曲。 
ThelowinherentrigidityofSungkiangexpansionjointsmakeforeasieraccommodationofinstallationdimensions. 
為方便調節安裝（zhuāng）尺寸（cùn）使（shǐ）淞江橡膠接頭固有的低剛度。 
Checkthepermissiblemovements,temperature,pressureandproperrubberqualitybeforeinstallation! 
安（ān）裝前先檢查管道的活動範圍，溫度，壓力（lì）和對（duì）應的橡膠材（cái）質（zhì）！ 
Theexpansionjointsshallbeeasilyaccessibleandopentoregularsupervision.Ltisrecommendedtolettheexpansionjointsworkincompressionratherthanstretching.Torsionisnotpermitted. 
橡膠接（jiē）頭應很容易的定期檢查（chá）。我建議橡膠接（jiē）頭的工作（zuò）是壓縮，而不是拉伸，更不允許扭轉。 
Maintenanceinstructions:observewhethertherubberjointisoverstretchedandkeeptherubberjointinnormallengtheverymonth. 
保養須知（zhī）：每月要觀察橡膠接頭是否超（chāo）位（wèi）移拉長，保持橡膠接頭在正常長度內使用。 
Pressure-restrainedexpansionjointonpump(withtiebar). 
壓力限製橡（xiàng）膠接頭（帶拉杆）。 
Absorbvibrationsandthusrelievepressureonthemachinehousing. 
吸收振動，從而減輕對機房（fáng）的噪音。

Mounting 
安（ān）裝 
Inordertoprovidethemovementcapabilitiesindicatedindicatedinthetechnicalspecifications,theassemblyboltsshouldbemountedwithboltsheadstowardsexpansionjintbody.(1) 
Ifthisisforanyreasonimpossible,ensurethatthethreadedboltsprojectaslittleaspossible(nomorethan2or3mm)toavoiddamagetothebody. 
為了保證伸縮能力，技術安裝說明（míng），裝配螺栓應（yīng）安裝螺栓頭朝橡膠管反方向。（1） 
如果無法朝橡膠管反方向安裝螺栓，那（nà）麽就需要確保（bǎo）螺紋螺栓盡量少（不超過2毫米或3mm），以避免損壞身體。 
Tighteningmustbeprogressiveandcrosswiseindiagonalsequencewithboltingpressureevenlydistributed. 
在（zài）錨杆壓力均勻分布的斜交序列中（zhōng），必須采用漸進（jìn）式和橫向式。 
Thedesignoftheexpansionjointssecuresasealingtothecounterflange.Thatiswhynosealinggasketisrequired. 
橡膠接（jiē）頭的設計保證了對（duì）法蘭的密封（fēng），這就是為什麽不需要密封墊圈的原因。 
Note:Iftheboltsandnutsaretightenedtoostrongly,thesealingfacemightbecrushedcausingfunction! 
注意：如果螺栓和螺母擰緊過大，密封麵可能被壓碎導致漏水！ 
Counterflanges 
反法（fǎ）蘭 
Itisveryimportantforthesafeoperatingandlifeexpectancyoftheexpansionjointtomakeaproperinstallationofthecounterflanges(Fig.2to5).Thesealingfaceofthecounterflangemustbemachinedsmoothandcovermostoftherubbersealingface(oratleast60%)toensureagoodsealing(Fig.2). 
正確安（ān）裝防側（cè）法（fǎ）蘭（lán）對橡膠接頭的安全運行和壽命是非常（cháng）重要的（圖2*5）。對法蘭密封麵要加工（gōng）光滑，覆蓋大部分的橡膠密（mì）封麵（*少（shǎo）80%）確保良好的密（mì）封（圖2）。

預防措施 
Donotpaintorlubricaterubberpartsofexpansionjoints! 
不要塗（tú）或潤（rùn）滑（huá）橡（xiàng）膠接頭的橡膠部件！ 
Whenweldingworkistotakeplacethebellowhastobeprotectedfromweldingheatandsparks! 
當焊接工作發生時，橡膠管體必須防止焊接發熱和火花！
